Jessica DeGraaf has been named Proven Winners’ Director of Retail Accounts. Since joining Proven Winners in 2015, DeGraaf has been the driving force behind the company’s Independent Garden Center program. In her new role, she will use her vast experience to oversee and direct all aspects of Proven Winners’ interaction with independent garden centers while continuing to work directly with key accounts — continuing to develop new and innovative support programs, further cementing Proven Winners as a leading brand for independent garden centers throughout North America.

Heather Poire is joining Proven Winners as a Retail Account Manager in the Eastern U.S. and the Canadian Maritimes. Poire will lean on her past Proven Winners retail experience, as she worked for Proven Winners co-founder Pleasant View Gardens for more than 10 years. More recently, she worked closely with independent garden centers supporting the Bailey Nurseries stable of brands for the past nine years.  She joins the Proven Winners team with a wealth of knowledge and experience within both the grower and garden center channels and is passionate about building relationships and programs that support independent garden centers.

“Jasmina’s experience and industry expertise is an exciting addition to our team,” says Bailey Marketing & Communications Manager Ryan McEnaney. “She has a well-earned track record of telling stories and connecting with her audiences in an impactful way, which will prove a great resource for Bailey’s customers, brand partners, and industry colleagues.”

Dolce holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations/Advertising from DePaul University. She lives outside of Chicago, IL, with her husband and two sons.

“Having worked on the media side of the horticulture industry for many years, I am so excited to join a well-known and respected company like Bailey Nurseries,” Dolce says. “As an editor and a consumer, I’ve admired Bailey’s plants and brands and I look forward to representing their products and services as a member of their marketing team.”
