New Roles Dramm, Fine, Source.Ag

Mark Mitchell, Noah Dramm Becker, Trish Malarkey

The Dramm Corporation is proud to announce Noah Dramm Becker is joining the team as a Marketing & Sales Associate. In this role, Noah will work primarily with the Commercial Products and Water Management teams in content creation, website management, social media marketing, and advertising. Noah will also have sales responsibility for several Mid-Atlantic States, working with the Northeastern Technical Representative, Brett Kroszner. Additionally, he will work with the consumer and fertilizer segments to aid in their marketing efforts.

Noah joins the company after working in biotechnology for the past two years, doing research and development of new drug treatments. As a fourth-generation family member, Noah grew up around the business, working for the Dramm Corporation during summers and time away from school.

“We are so excited to have Noah join us,” says Kurt Becker, Executive Vice President of Commercial Products. “His background in biochemistry, combined with his creative talents, will bring a unique perspective to the company and industry.”

Prior to joining Fine Americas, Mitchell served as southwest regional sales manager for Aqua-Yield, where he was instrumental in developing new markets in the U.S., Mexico, and Central America. He has extensive experience in specialty crops, turf, ornamentals, and golf course, as well as row or commodity crops. Previous experiences include sales positions with Gulf Coast Organic, Nachurs Alpine Solutions, and as owner/operator of Clovis Floral & Greenhouses. This extensive and well-rounded experience will serve him well in helping Fine Americas’ customers optimize its plant growth regulator programs.

Mitchell’s territory includes California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Source.ag Welcomes Trish Malarkey as Independent Director to the Board

Source.ag, a leading artificial intelligence provider empowering greenhouse growers, has announced the appointment of new Independent Director Trish Malarkey to the board as well as a number of industry leaders to key management roles. The new appointments further boost Source.ag’s ability to democratize access to fruit and vegetables.

Trish Malarkey has been appointed as the independent Director to the board. With a career spanning three decades in food and agricultural innovation, Malarkey has an extensive history of leadership in research and development roles at prominent multinational corporations, including DSM and Syngenta. Coupled with her active experience in advising start-up companies and her tenure as a Non-Executive Director at Novozymes, Malarkey is poised to significantly support Source’s journey into its forthcoming expansion phase.

Source.ag has also appointed a new CFO, Claire Tange, to the board. Tange previously was CFO at Fastned and Dott and is the founder of Joanna Invests, a platform that empowers women to become angel investors and invest in female entrepreneurs.

Previously at the helm of Mollie’s commercial operations, Derek Vreeburg has taken on the role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). As CCO, Vreeburg will concentrate on cultivating robust commercial partnerships and achieving Source’s ambitious growth plans, not only within the Netherlands but also on a global scale.
