Aris Horticulture Welcomes Justin Wisniewski as new Product Manager

Justin Wisniewski, Aris HorticultureAris Horticulture is kicking off the new year by appointing Justin Wisniewski as its new Product Manager, effective Dec. 18, 2023. Wisniewski will be replacing Laura Wagner in her duties managing products for Must Have Perennials, as well as providing assistance managing the product assortment for Green Leaf Plants in Lancaster, PA, and Keepsake Plants in Alva, FL.

This newly formed position will allow the organization to have a dedicated professional managing intellectual property across all divisions within the company, including the Igloo mum and Tradewinds hibiscus programs. Wisniewski will be working with a variety of breeders and organizations throughout the world, ensuring that Aris continues to provide exceptional genetics to its customers and the horticulture community at large.

Justin Wisniewski holds a Bachelor of Science from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and originally joined the organization as a trial gardener for Green Leaf Plants in the spring of 2016. He also served the organization as a Seed Specialist for Green Leaf Plants and acted as the General Manager for the Must Have Perennials program, formerly known as Blooms of Bressingham, from 2018 through 2020.  During his tenure managing the Must Have Perennials organization, he assisted in bringing several commercial varieties to market, including Echinacea ‘Lovely Lolly’ and Buddleia ‘Butterfly Gold’.

In addition to his 16+ years of experience in the horticulture industry, Wisniewski has also had success working as an executive in the construction industry, specializing in controlled environmental applications for high-intensity crops.

Laura Wagner stepped down from her position as Senior Product Director for Must Have Perennials on Dec. 29. The Aris team wishes her the best in her new endeavor and greatly value her contributions to the organization.
