If spring 2020 was a 40-yard dash for some (thanks to uncertainties about what would be open as the COVID-19 pandemic forced shutdowns), then this year likely felt like a mile-long sprint.

From booming consumer demand to challenges in getting supplies delivered properly, I’m sure we all need a breather. But don’t forget this is also a time to focus on the lessons learned, and the sooner you do so, the better.
