Griffin Greenhouse Expo Going Virtual This Year

Griffin Greenhouse Supplies is taking its annual expo in a new direction this year in response to the coronavirus pandemic. The company, one of the largest horticultural brokers and suppliers in the U.S., will host Griffin Virtual Expo 2020 in mid-September.
The virtual event will continue to feature many of the same experiences as the traditional in-person event, such as a 3-D digital experience where exhibitors and attendees can share information, view video presentations, chat live with attendees, and attend educational sessions.
“Our team is looking forward to bringing this new way of engaging with our customers and vendors. Although we appreciate connecting in person, we are excited by the opportunity to bring everyone together online,” says Jim Rottenberg, Vice President of Marketing and Retails Sales for Griffin. “We are getting ready to showcase new products, show specials, and provide our virtual attendees the educational tracks we are known for.”
While the complete agenda and session list is still being finalized, the event is shaping up to include:
- A virtual exhibit hall
- Educational sessions
- The ability to live-chat
- Virtual gaming with prizes to keep the event lively and fun
- Other innovative ways to conduct business, and engage and work together
