Dümmen Offering Bold Guarantee

Domino’s Pizza introduced its 30-minute guarantee nearly 40 years ago, making a pizza delivered in more than 30 minutes a freebie for the customer. Now, Dümmen USA is introducing a similar concept.

This week, Dümmen unveiled its True Grower Guarantee program for Spring 2012 to reduce one of the largest frustrations growers experience: delayed or substituted product.

The program will work like this: When a grower orders RED FOX product originating from Dümmen’s Las Mercedes production facility in El Salvador, it is free of charge if delayed or substituted. The True Grower Guarantee program is designed to offer growers more confidence in planning their seasons.

Dümmen indicates it is able to offer the guarantee because its Las Mercedes facility is now up to 52 acres. Dümmen employs a peak workforce of 1,500 in a region of El Salvador.
