Greenhouse Water Treatment & Quality Workshop

The Water Education Alliance for Horticulture will host a nursery and greenhouse water treatment and quality workshop January 26, 2012 in Davidson and Huntersville, N.C. The workshop will focus on management of plant pathogens, algae, biofilm and salt problems in irrigation water as well as cultural approaches to treat water.

The workshop is recommended for nursery, greenhouse and associated industries and extension agents.

Pesticide CEU’s are available. For South Carolina, participants can receive two credit hours in the nursery and landscape category (3).  For North Carolina, three hours of NC Recertification Pesticide Credits are available in categories A, N, D and X.
