Learning Opportunity: Know Your Greenhouse Fertilizer Options
April 14, 2023 Greenhouse growers have several options when it comes to fertilizer section. During an American Floral Endowment (AFE) webinar on April 18 (part of AFE’s Grow Pro Webinar series), Dr. Josh Henry will provide an overview of different fertilizers on the market, information on nutritional monitoring, and best practices and recommendations. Henry currently works as the Specialty Division Agronomist at Helena Agri-Enterprises. His primary research interests are in floriculture, greenhouse production, plant nutrition, plant growth regulators (PGRs), and remote sensing. He got his Ph.D. from North Carolina State University as well as a graduate certificate in Geographic Information Science (GIS). Henry helped compile the AFE funded resource fertdirtandsquirt.com.
