Women play a crucial role in the horticulture industry as entrepreneurs, growers, researchers, marketers, and employees at all levels.

The nonprofit, floriculture organization plans to announce its first Initiative winner at Cultivate in July and encourages interested applicants to submit their applications by May 31 to be considered.
