Tips on Dealing With Greenhouse Heating Issues

If you don’t, an inefficient heating system in your greenhouse will result in wasted energy that will negatively impact your bottom line. 

The post outlines four recommendations for maintaining and increasing efficiency in the greenhouse, including: 

• Minimizing heat loss by inspecting the greenhouse for any holes or cracks. 
• Performing regular maintenance on boilers and burners, rather than waiting for problems to develop 
• Find the ideal greenhouse temperature, and manage temps based on specific crops and their finish dates 
• Upgrading parts of your heating system when necessary
